Q:Are there any precautions I need to take before a treatment?
A:We recommend that you avoid wearing makeup on the day of your treatment and stop using retinol at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you are currently taking Accutane, please contact us before booking a facial. On the day of your appointment, you do not need to do your skincare routine, just throw on some SPF if you have an early appointment.
Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A:Our cancellation policy requires clients to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late to your appointment, please call to let us know. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided. If we cannot accomodate you, the same cancellation fee will be applied.
Q:What is the downtime after a facial?
A:We offer non-invasive treatments that usually result in minimal downtime. If we need to perform a lot of extractions, there may be some redness that will usually subside after a day or two at most.
Q:How often should I get a facial?
A:We recommend getting a facial treatment every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin. However the frequency of treatments may vary depending on your skin type and needs.
Q:What are the do's and dont's after a facial treatment?
A:For the first 24-48 hours avoid wearing makeup, sweating (gym, sauna or steam), and make sure to change your pillowcase once you get home. Make sure to avoid picking at or touching your face or using any dirty makeup brushes.
Q:How do I know what facial to pick for my first time?
A:I always recommend going for our signature customized facial if you're a first time client as it will allow me to get to know you and your skin. I believe in providing only the best for my clients which is why my chemical peel service is exclusively available to clients who I have worked on before and whose skin is healthy enough.
