Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled in full before a future appointment can be booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as late cancellations and missed appointments leave us with limited time to offer the slot to another client.
