Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires clients to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late to your appointment, please call to let us know. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided. If we cannot accomodate you, the same cancellation fee will be applied.
